Comparing LC with Audi A3

Im just wondering if someone with a greater knowlage than me could help!

I know seat leon it part VW and Audi. Audi air vents fit the leon etc sooo down to that i thought the dash might be similar in the same case?

Im asking due to the fact i want to change the centre console to a double din, and you need to change the brace that holds everything in the center. Had a word with a guy in parts in seat and they cost around £200+ Now im thinging is it worth it ...... But now i came across one for the Audi A3 in vagparts which looks by the pic very similar.

this is the seat part number 1MO-863-263-F40N - Seat Leon SatNav Centre Console Facia , if you want the whole console then this is the part number 1M0-858-061-C1-UQ - Seat Leon SatNav Centre Console (Expensive!!!)

I knew those part numbers but just wondered if the audi centre console would fit as its on £50! Compared to the seat one from dealer which is £200+

You can fit the dd facia with out fitting the console, if you look at this guide it shows you how.

Thanks for tha. But seen it thats where i got the instructions from. I thought myself that i could only use the facia but then after having the dash in bits you realise you the new cage/console. Gutted

Think i might have a word with Jasper @ Good Motoring to fix me up something custom!
