Common 1.4 chill faults or is it me

I was just wondering if some of the little niggles that annoy me or common on other ibizas?


Ok the range of the key fob is good when far away absolutley useless when close to the car

The air con sometimes lightly blows when its actualy set to off

Clutch pedal has a bit of play

Volume on radio slowly decreases over a long amout of time

Broken window regulator (got mine fixed)

Gearboxs are made of jam! really they are they just melt under any type of driving! they you have to find one or pay seat £1500 for a new one and £500 fitted and if you do get a second hand one it has the same problem hence why the donor car was in the scrap yard!

I actually havn't had any of the problems listed above

However my car does have a few niggles.

There was a thread called "You know you have a mk3 Ibiza when...." Basically every problem you can think of is there. Make for some entertaining reading

ha ha i realy love my ibiza its a pleasure to drive but my god i need to get rid before that gearbox goes.
