take a trip up the m5/m6/m54 and go see them.halesfield 15(iirc) in telford.they are a very friendly bunch, have all their stock on display, and will give you a fair bit of discount if they have what you want lying around.
subframes i have no idea about.

I tried a Cobra Daytona seat on a proper Cobra subframe in my mk2 Ibiza and the seat sat far too high, I couldn't even sit on it. I don't know if they do a height adjustable frame as mine was fixed. The same subframe was however the perfect height for a Cobra Monaco seat.

As far as I am aware the fitment for mk2 Ibiza is the same as mk3.

The Cobra Daytona seats are very comfy, but they are not buckets as they are recliners.

I ran a Cobra Monaco seat for a while in several cars, and that is a full bucket. I found it didn't have very much padding in the base so I used to sit on a cushion during long journeys.

Anyone got any ideas how to get around the air bag light problems when bucket seats are fitted?

I have Cobra seats in my car and as the pretensioners are disconnected underneath the seat my air bag light is on constantly thus rendering my entire air bag system useless :(

olly certain manufacturers sell add-on cushions and bolsters to get you the best fit, comparing prices betwee the daytona and sidewinder, theres not alot in it and the side winder is probably more what you need, support and harness slots, yet a comfy every day seat.btw neither are FIA approved ;) i think you would need a fixed back for FIA approval.
EDIT: cobra list ibiza tailored subframes ;)

I have those seats. I am assuming they are cobra sub frames too. They came with the car when i bought it.

I might be tempted to part/x them with standard 1/2 leathers, but not sure atm.

They look nice in the car, i take it they are the sindwinders? not to keen on the yellow IMO, do they have a flip forward acton to let people in the back?

As for the FIA your right but surly they wouldent put the harness slots in if they are unsafe to use with harneses !

IMO i prefer the datonas they look more suportive.

I'm sat quite low in the car, it's comfortable and "sporty" so to speak. Alot of room between the tops of my thighs and the wheel for me to practice the art of heel/toe :D

Nope, i bought it from a member on here..

Recently found out it was owned by someone at Max Power. Car seems good so nothing to worry about there.

I'm not sure heel & toe would work on a 'drive by wire' setup??
