Clutch

Hi, newbie needs some help please.

Just bought a alhambra 1.8 20vt on a 2000 w, thee is a noise sort of a rattle when idling, soon as the clutch is pressed the noise goes away.

It doesnt have any problems changing gear though.

Just wondered if anybody can help me, thanks

sounds like a clutch release bearing but some of the models had a dual mass flywheel

not a 5min job either way

how does it drive ? and pull off ? any judder ?

it judders a little bit, but not sure if that something to do with a plug thats been disconnected near the airbox, as soon as the plug is plugged back in it cuts the engine.
