Okay enough is enough!

i can drive around the issue but it used to slip from under 2400rpm but now she slips (more so after RR day) at 3000rpm to 3500 and is causing me problem, according to RR I'm making 300lbs at 300Orpm so should expect really it has done good soo far....

it was all over the place on RR clutch was dreadful

i want to use my full torque and feel it rushing in at low rpm it'll feel awesome :funk:

anyway spanielsFR can you PM me a quote from you ( i can pick up) for the same setup as you.

or do you think the helix setup ~(allards) at £390 plus vat would be better the same cheaper..

and also is it hard to fit competent Mercedes mechanic could do?

it is got to a point now where the car can't be driven hard at all

have to wait till 3000rpm to put foot down but still slips then
it feels it slipping slighty through out whole rev range, got beaten by a toyota Taxi today cos of it!

it is completely had it.

and the car still feels fast infact when the clutch grips as fast as it has ever been but can't use it cos of the clutch, driven round it for at least 15,000 miles now

spainels please help!

3000rpm - there's no point by then surely!! The power runs out at 4000 on the diesels.

How many miles have you done on it?

The clutch is supposed to be good for 300 lb/ft so you should be on the edge of what it can manage - unless of course you drive it like you stole it...... :D

Right then kidda, if your clutch is slipping all the time, then there is a good chance that the dmf may be also shagged aswell, as im sure thats what the vibration is on yours whilst accelerating.I will get you a price tomorrow if i get chance ok mate. Will also get you a quote on the DMF and concentric slave cylinder aswell. Best to change everything. I will try and get it you as cheap as possible mate. ;) and as its the same as mine and your in desperate need of it may just tell them that mine is ****ed and i need a new one.
