Clutch replacement worries

I'm confused. I need a clutch upgrade capable of handling the 318lbs/ft of re-map I've just had to my Leon FR TDI (now 187hp). The standard clutch fitted is slipping under heavy load. I believe its a dual mass flywheel fitted as standard. This prevents heavy vibrations from damaging the gearbox basically. Smoothes out the drive. Racing clutches, Single mass flywheels, help.....

Get an uprated Sachs plate and retain the DMF. Learn not to boot the car below 2,000rpm

as above mate just get the sachs uprated organic clutch rated to 410lb ft torque an you will have no worries

Hi did you go with the SMF or DMF? im in a right mess here, iv got a sach organics clutch for my mk1 tdi leon cupra and its in garage right now but i dont have a flywheel! garage recommend SMF as itl handle the remap (188bhp 280lbt) better and ill be in same situation in 12 months with clutch slip if i put a new DMF in but some ppl on here say DMF is fine with under 300 torque. iv got a price for a standard seat DMF at £288 which i canget fri. should i go for this or get an uprated DMF (if there is 1) or go for SMF (do you know how much it is and where i can get 1?)
