Clutch replacement cost

Hello all, I have a 2006 1.9TDi Sport with 55,000 miles on it. I have a suspicion that the clutch might be on its way out, due to a very small bit of juddering on moving off and that clutchy smell following a city drive.

How much does this typically cost and can anyone recommend any decent dealers in the Portsmouth/Southampton/Chichester area?

I got a new Sachs clutch/DMF/bearing for about £350 and a garage I am friendly with to fit it for £160. Also a 1.9.
