I know this has been talked about before but I didnt see the problem I have was listed!

Basically I was driving down the A1 and the clutch pedal went straight to the floor. When I pulled over I noticed there was oil leakin out. The ol AA man said it could be the slave cylinder. Is this internal or external? The clutch plates have been changed recenlty so the clutch should be ok! Any 1?

Did the pedal stay on the floor or rise back up. Had this with mine the other yr put car in gear foot on clutch and bang nothing other than fluid p155ing out. Turned out to be the breather pipe or something that had popped off. AA told me its a new clutch and tryed getting me to leave car with them. So glad I got them to recover it back home only cost couple of quid to fix

I take it you meant crank breather? My pedal did stay flat to the floor! I'm right in thinking that the clutch wouldn't have a breather as it is a closed circuit? I havent really looked at it as i was not best pleased with her at the time.
