Just had clutch pedal snap on me tonight!!!!!
The little welds have popped and the flap opened up, nearly sh*t myself.i was overtaking and went to change gear!!!
Had a look at the guide on the forum and i have lost the little white plastic clip, god knows where it went.

I've packed it just now and held the little flap on with mole grips for a quick fix. Does anyone have the little white clip part number?

cheers in advance folks!!!

Thanks mate but i found the white clip after removing the head unit :)
Got the pedal welded up and put back together although clutch feels slightly different :)

Just glad it's a better weld now though!!!! bloody stupid idea.

Just out of curiosity does anyone know what the little pressure switch that the clutch pushes up is?

Cool glad you fixed it, I think its the clutch pedel sensor or somthing like that. Does the pedelit more seem abit more 'springy' if so you`ll proberly find that the spring isnt located properly.

Seems ok mate

Its certainly makes me a bit more secure knowing the weld is 100 times better!!!

I can't believe it was 2 little tac welds that was holding the flap, shocking design :(
