Clutch pedal not fully springing up...

Hi guys, when i get in my car in the morning basically the clutch pedal doesnt come back up all the way..... it only seem to do it when i first start the car... the clutch is still operational but the pedal sits about an inch lower than the brake pedal, if i put my foot under the clutch and pull it back up then its fine... Clutch doesnt slip, gear changes dont crunch etc... just wandering if its anything to worry about ?

Thanks :)

There a return spring on the clutch pedal? I'm not sure tbh, but worth checking. May be that its become disconnected.

Sanded all the paint away on the lips that go under on the front wing, got the pliers out bent all the metal right back up on its self so 90degree nearly, and it hasnt rubbed since :), back hasnt rubbed either but i think its cause i removed the interior, going to put the seats back in as really they nothing certainly not as much as anticipated
