Chrome Mirrors!

Hi there. Wanting to know a whether chrome mirror covers from Seat are suitable for LCR's with elec folding facility? I have noticed a few people have them although on Seat's website they state that there not suitable for elec folding mirrors:

I have the FR with foldy mirrors and they are a direct replacement for the silver jobbies.

I'm sure they will be fine, but someone will prolly be along to confirm soon !!

what mirrors are for sale? i need one (two shouldnt be a problem) and dont want to pay the silly dealer prices...

Í' ve got a pair of old style 2003 a-symetric mirrors (left one large/driver side small) for sale (ex leon cupra R mirrors) Nice touch if you want 2 small mirrors (or your left one is damaged). won't ask much for them.
I also have a pair of 2005 never mounted (professionally painted) ebano black mirror covers.

I have seen some on ebay, for the passat type mirrors, like the Leon had to start with. Bought myself a set for my car, will put some pics up when done if anyone wants. Ok i dont drive a Seat anymore, but you can get the idea.
