Choice of tyre sizes with alloys - whats the difference

hi, im looking at the following alloys,

and there is 2 tyres sizes, whats the difference, and why do they offer 2 sizes?

one is 215/35/18 and the other 225/40/18

which would be best to go for, the car is a leon cupra 2002 post facelift and is not lowered if this makes a difference?

also do you think them alloys will look okay?

dont have photoshop so cant really see it?

As your going to 18" wheels for the Leon Cupra this is the standard size you need to go to otherwise speedo will be out.

for example
225/45/17
225/40/18
225/35/19

Not my type of wheels but they look ok
