Chips Away.

As the title suggests i want to know what they are like.

Im considering getting them out to remove a few dents in my car and possibly refurb my front, passenger side wheel (Incident with a lorry and it cutting a corner!).

I just wondered if anyone has used them and if they are any good.

I saw them repairing a bumper on a MG ZS when i was leaving work yesterday and it looked like they had made a good job, the colour was a perfect match.

They do the dent removal without having to fill and respray the panel and thats why im considering it.

Also i will get a 10% discount because im an AA Member.

Dont think its chips away you need they do the smart paint repairs. Usually cack from what i have seen. People you need are dent wizard or whatever, ill be getting some sorted when i have the money.

Oh....you mite get more replies if this was in a more general section, theres alot more people on this forum than mk2 owners bud

I was on the chips away website and it says they do dent remove, interior and trim repairs, paint repairs, alloy wheel refurbs etc.

And it also had it along the side of the van that the guy was working from.

I would but i dont think there are any in my area so getting someone to come to me at work or home would be so much easier.

My car would look better if the little dents here and there on it are gone.

Seems you have made your mind up before asking for advice on here. I find it hard to believe there are no bodywork specialists near you. They tend to be anywhere near garages and car owners for such situations as you find yourself in.
