cant say i have heard of them before or know any one whos remapped by them. their website history story sounds quite good though.

Someone got an LCR done by them and was quite happy.

I think they use DIMsport stuff (ala Jabba in days gone by) but whether you would consider them a VAG specialist

TBH 90% of stage 1 remaps are fairly similar, depends if you value the tuners R&D time and someone who specialises in VAG stuff doing your remap, Customer Service / support and other add on's like switchability and adjustability of maps......but the choice is yours

Someone showed me an ebay advert where you can get a remap for £150. I looked at the links on the ad and it took me though to the site of ChippedUK. The guy was one of their mobile technicians. He will be going for it for his Audi Tdi but I am holding back to see the results...

The guy who runs Chipped UK is called Jayson, I know of him through the BMW scene. He has a good name with BMW's, and also fast Ford's (which I believe was his original background). I think have been doing a fair bit of work with VAG stuff, and he and his boys are by no means mugs or shady back street bodgers.

My car was remapped (1.9TDI Audi A3) by Forge and I would highly recommend it, contact Richard at Forge for details, maybe you'll get some special forum discounts

he was very big in the vectra seane when i had 1 did it for £100 for a group buy
like i say could not tell any diffrance really but it did iron out my flat spot he will do u a good deal.
if u do a group buy.
when i fist had my leon i was going to have it done by him he was doing a group buy on a vectra forum which i was a member of.
he was doing it for £200 quid plus a rolling road run.
before and after as long as he got more then 10 and that day.

If it was a non-turbo Vectra, I'm not surprised there wasn't much difference.

i had a N/A Passat chipped once what a waste of time, now i have my Passat TDI chipped i think its well worth the money.

yes chipping an NA car is usually fairly pointless in comparison to forced induction engines.
