Bought my first stuff off there at weekend

Complete Wash Kit, first thing... the bucket is bloody HUGE

Going to chuck out all old cloths at weekend as it came with a waffle weave drying towel aswell as a lambs wool mit

Hopefully will have some decent weather for me to test it out

I got abit carried away at first, looking at things thinking ooo that looks good i'll get that, i bet that will make the paint come out good etc..... went to the checkout & it came to £200

Going to just buy things every month instead now! Not sure what to get next month, either a clay bar or paint correction polish?

I've never clayed the car before so wouldnt know which clay to get?

Sonus SFX is good, I suppose it depends how bad your paint is?

i thought it was decent when i last polished it, but then having read up on swirls etc under torches etc. it needs some work on it.

i'd rather go easy and go for something light on the paint work and have it not bring it up as good and have to go for something harder, than go to hard and ruin the paint.

Claying is the only thing im nervous about buying as theres alot of choices out there and i dont want to ruin the paint!

meguiars is the best stuff to get mate, comes with a lubricant aswell which you apply to the panel you are doing before you clay it so that the clay bar slides across the panel....it wont damage your paint work in the slightest!

claying wont cause damage but if you dont lubricate enough while you work then you can cause marring which will then need to be polished out.
