Can someone take a look at this video and see if these fans are spinnig too fast with the aircon on,i thought i read they should be turning slower??got warranty left on the car so want to get it sorted before it runs out if they are knackered,

If you can hear them throttling up every now and then and they cause the car to judder or the headlights to dim slightly then yes they are faulty, couldn't really tell from the video.

thet dont seem to do that,just spin fast i dont know whether thats fast or slow speed

You should have a fast and a slow speed fan. The slow one should always been turning I think the fast only comes on if it gets too hot. My knowledge on this is not very good though if you search for 'twin fans' you'll find a better explaination of it. I only know the symptoms of faulty fans as mine failed a month before my warranty ran out.
