They have to be 5 x 100 fitment (PCD). There are a type that you bolt straight onto the hub of the vehicle and then your wheel bolts onto the spacer, and also some that are supplied with extended bolts so they go from your wheel through the spacer in to the hub.

Edit: Unless the PCD on the alloys you are planing to buy is going to be different.

no the alloys are 5x 100 from an ibiza sx (genuine seat wheels) but they will be 15" rims instead of 14" tht i have now. so basically you can use spacers with steelies? are they simple enough to fit? i dont have a vast array of tools! would like to get the spacers on ready for when i get the alloys.

cheers

Yes you can use them with steelies. They are simple to fit and i didnt need anything other than the tool to tighten the bolts

awesome! sorry to bang on but just want to make sure, can i use my origonal bolts or will i need those special longer ones? in which case where do you get them from because i dont think they come with the set. just to make sure, its 5 x 100 pcd, then there is a centre bore measurement, not too sure what that is on my wheels put the spacers are audi/seat/skoda 5x100 so i hope theyre ok!

If you need extended bolts with them you may have to buy them seperately just make sure they are the correct lenght otherwise you will do some damage to your breaks/drums(only every heard about this happening), but im sure there are some kits that come with the extended bolts. Im sure you can get them off ebay. Yes its 5 x 100 and i think the centre bore is 57.1.
