Have a read over these:

Kits are available from ebay but try to get one with decent silicone and you'll still need to buy better clamps. I also advise you get the pipes bead rolled once everything is mocked up.

As for the washer bottle:

Plenty of these available on ebay for around a tenner, just 1.2L :)

im in the middle of doing this to i got my mk4 golf washer bottle for 3 quid from a scrap yard bargin, and got off ebay a intercooler pipe pollished 90deg for 20 quid and just ordered a 90deg reducer for the turbo 63mm to 51mm, how do people get on with the horn thing down the wing do you have to move it some where.

Pages 10 and 11 of my build thread show you how to do all of this.

I managed to keep both horns by just moving them slightly in the wing - one on an original bracket as shown below and the other was secured on the thread of a t-bolt clamp on my intercooler pipework :)

robbie c did forge make a smaller fmic i mine came with the car and looks a little smaller than yours and the in and outs are not at the sides. if that makes sense making the task on changing the charge pipe hard....

I had a custom FMIC fabricated by Pro Alloy as a close replica of the old AM Motorsport cooler to optimise flow and efficiency so you'll have to adapt a route to suit. Not quite as easy as you say as you have more angles to juggle with
