Whats involved in this? does the front bumper need to come off?

yeah bumper has to come off.....take the screws out the top and then there are two underneath once the bumper is out the way.

search im sure its been mentioned before for some other reason maybe fmic fitment etc, just follow that guide

Nah mate, there's one on the Forge webiste iirc, for fitting the FMIC.

But basically, you need to undo the screw's on the wheel arch.
Remove, the bump strip, and towing eye covers, and undo those bolts

open bonnet, and undo the screws on the slam panel, which joins the grill,

Then pull from the wheel arch, slightly outwards, but forwards also.

Done!

Also unplug the fog lights firstly.
