Think its just 13mm sockets/spanners and a rubber mallet lol. They are stuck in there very tight so use the rubber mallet to free it and put it back in mate

loosen the belt?

Stick a 17mm deep socket onto an extention bar then put it onto the top of the tensioner an use it as a lever, thats the easiest and safest way ive found to do it
