Just received a quote from Celtic Tuning for remapping an Ibiza Cupra TDi.

160bhp to 210bhp
243lbs/ft torque to 320lbs/ft torque

£360.

Not bed eh?

Are these guys good?! Any advice much appreciated!

Are you upgrading the clutch with that too?

The stock clutch is only good for 300 lb/ft

Apart from that not really heard much about them - sorry!

Not heard much about them, but I cant grumble at the price. Like leigh says, watch out for clutch slip when you start playing with 300lb/ft +

Few guys a while back went with them... dont think either had any problems, other than Big Time clutch slip.

And Im talking silly amounts, but both did go down the pod and use all the torque. You will need a new clutch sooner or later.

Cornwall IIRC, but they'll travel to you. I looked into them a while back but read bad things (big ol torque spikes and the likes) on here and other places so stayed away.

I think there was talk of a GB with these guys over on the other forum when it was around but it fell through (surprise, surprise)

You wont get anywhere near 210bhp IMO. You need full exhaust, clutch etc and then a custom map to get anywhere near 210 and then you may still struggle to get that.

210 is possible, but your really pushing the standard turbo... Not worth pushing it that much...

Im sure its probably nearer 195-200 in reality.

I had my Fabia vrs done by them , they did a good job but the figures quoted on the site are at the flywheel..they quote 190bhp 310torques for a 130 tdi with green panel filter and pd160 filter, but in reality was 170bhp and around 275 torques...

I reckon its more like 190bhp and 300 torques...

Very good price though !
