i beg to to differ, first time i go to get my car and huge dent in arch and back bumper scrathed, now car is in for water pump and their taken 3 days to do it, co someone sheared the bolts on something, so im not to impressed by them!!

I brought our Leon FR TDi from them about 5 weeks ago and was very happy with the service that I got (and the fact that the sales lady was very nice )
But since I have had the car I have found a few probs, ie Duff maf sensor, loose top mount, & some bad scratch repair work.
The car is going back in on tuesday so I will update after I have the car back and given it the once over to see if they have done everything.
On the plus side I get to see the sales lady again

Tbh if she wasnt there with the service i got and the attitude from the manager i would of told them to stuff the car up their arse!!
The ladies name is laura very friendly, her and adam are alright to get along with!!

I have to agree that Adam is very helpful too, Not had any dealings with the manager as yet but by the sound of things I will look forward to it.

Yeah, adam was very helpful when I took my LCR in to have the fans checked. Its going in tomorrow to actually have them fitted, so I get to check out "laura" tomorrow!

I should be going in in a couple of days, wonder if she knows shes got a fan club! Adam has always been spot on too.

If i'm really nice about them i'm hoping they'll give me a discount on a carbon sphere gearknob and stainless tred plates, if they're reading......

Yeah, I wouldn't mind a discount on one of those Seat Sport gear knobs. The top of my knob has started to peel off

If they're reading this maybe they could slip one into my touch up paint order that I'll be picking up on Saturday morning
