Thought i saw a thread on this yesterday but cant find it now.

Where can i get a CD Changer From and What is the cheapest ?
do you simply plug in to the lead in the boot and that is it or do you have to wire more things in?
Thanks
Morgan.

what car do you have i.e cupra? if its a cupra behind the left handf side trim in your boot is a plug so you can plug a vw/seat cd changer straight in.

You can buy a vw 6 disc cd changer cheap off ebay.

not to sure if this is correct but i think there are 2 different connectors so you gotta get the right cd changer to fit that cable

wma format is fine
which are basically real cd`s

if you download on the internet, jus change the files from mp3 to wma using a file converter.

the programme can be got at download.com

EASY

if you get a non genuine changer u will need some sort of adaptation, like with my sony changer i have a connects 2 adapter which is good becasue you can buy different adapters for the little box and if you fancy a change you can unplug the changer and plug in an mp3 player providing you buy the add on part

i always thought that the wma was windows media audio files because itunes alters them converting to them a diffrent type of file because itunes can't play wma . i have been told though that you can get better quality sound through a cd rather than a mp3 player though

no definitly
wma has nothing to do with windows media player

wma is just a name such as mp3

yes it will work fine...
the standard cd changers you would get on 01 ibiza was not programmed to read mp3
