Hi there,

Ive got a CD changer for my 2003 Seat Leon S.

From previous posts ive found out that i need a lead from the back of my head unit to the changer to fit.

First of all does anyone know the part no for this?

Secondly, considering i have never fitted anything like this before should i attempt to fit it myself?

Kind Regards

Dan

Your local SEAT dealership will be able to give you the part without the number,
it shouldnt be that hard a job mate, just trying to run te cable will be the toughest part!

It's a 1M2971735 and if you've got the radio out using the ol' two strips of credit card method, you'll see a gap next to the glovebox you can poke the end through

Attach the earth point to one of the studs behind the glovebox (through the changer slot) plug the lead into the changer - test - and screw the changer in place ;)

If your dealer can't get one in over the bank holiday, PM me the latest price and I'll beat it, cos I've got one here that I couldn't fit into my sister's Lupo (not quite long enough for what she needed)
