Yeah arseholes. Bought a LCR splitter and said it wouldnt fit, then as i walked out, he said, you'll be back for another one....

Unfortunately Skoda is also White Dove, and they just refer you back to the parts desk you've just come from!!

I spent a huge amount of money with them when I had my R, and in the end got OK service from the parts desk... but it was the service desk I really had my gripes with!!

well the service guy wouldnt tell me how to take my bumper off and said he will tell me in 4 weeks and charge me a hours labour. just to tell me! same with the parts desk! all a bunch of a*seholes

right guys the guy you need to speak to is Ross @ white dove parts, hes always helpful even over the phone, hes spent 20mins before now searching the computer for the correct part no's and comparing items for me, best thing to do is ask for him personally and mention you know David from uplands on penarth road. I know the other guy in question though and he is a w.anker, unless you have your complete chassis no. yo hand he wont look for you as he insists he needs it yet we all know ETKA doesnt require it hes just being lazy!!

i've never had any probs with cardiff seat, apart from 4 week waiting to book my car in for the waterpump to be changed, but thats not thier fault.

Last time I used them (earlier this year) they were just about "ok", the service department were booking way too far in advance though - 6weeks iirc. Oh and their PX prices were very low even trading a SEAT for another SEAT.

I've ordered parts from there and had to travel back three times due to the parts being ordered incorrectly. Also had to keep phoning them as they never telephoned to say my parts were in stock.

For Servicing I went to bridgend, TOP CLASS service!!!! Highly recommended

I can also recommend J.P.Board in Bridgend , good service & good prices . I`ve never had a problem with Thompson&Thompson in caldicot though , but J.P.Board were a lot cheaper . I`ve phoned white dove a few times but got no reply back from the parts guy .

there is a major vag group parts suplier in cardiff called tps they are great never had a problem give cardiff vw a ring and ask for the tps parts suplier

I bought the cupra badge from white dove to go on the front grill of my LC . At the time I did`nt want the flag but it was extra any way . I`ve since decided to add the flag , when I phoned them up I was told It all came as 1 badge . When I told him they wanted to charge me extra he said he`d get back to me . 2 months later........
