Carbon filter piping - cupra

I'm currently fitting a 2001 ibiza cupra engine into my mk2 golf using all standard ibiza parts. I've a couple of questions i hope someone can help me with:

1. Can someone tell me where the pipes from the carbon filter run to?

2. I have a pair of wires with no plug on the end, they are green/blue and grey/red (pic on photobucket)

There are pics on photobucket that i unfortunately cant upload to here, a search for the gallery by FlyinScotsman will allow anyone to view the pics. Any help would be gratefully recieved.

Carbon filter - one goes to the fuel tank - hard line. One goes to the throttle body and one goes to the turbo inlet pipe at the bottom by the turbo.
