cheers mate..ill have to try the tb reset.

dont think theres a leak as it hold boost ok.

how do you reset the ecu???what about if its been mapped???
Disconnect battery, leave for 1/2 hour or so, the do same a TB reset
Not too sure about remap, but 99% sure that this will not clear it off of ECU
But only 99%

4 bar FPR shouldn't be needed, this is only needed at the remap stage
If it wasn't needed for the remap then if you fit it now you will have to get the car remapped again to take this into account.
Who is the car remapped through?
Has the car run well since this was done?
Did your remapper tell you to get anything specific fitted to your car before the remap?
Do you run higher octane fuel V power etc?
Do you have an induction kit or freer flowing standard induction?

Sounds a bit weird.

145 (clock) in a TDI "should" be no problems either, with about 500rpm left to the redline

Then again, my calculator could be wrong :)
