Car settings have changed on infotainment

Pretty much every time I drive my Formentor, the message pops up on the infotainment after a minute or two advising that the "Car settings have changed", with the option to cancel or select ok.

If cancel is selected it goes away, if ok is selected the system does a quick reboot usually about 10-15secs.

Is anyone else getting the same, or know what may be causing this?

Changes you make on the CUPRA app on your phone will do this. For example: add some favourite destinations in the app, next time you get in the car you’ll get that pop-up.

I’m sure there could be other reasons, but I can reproduce this one on demand, and I know at which point it’s going to happen on my journey.

Yep, I get it regularly. I've not related to the Cupra app tbh like @Fencer60.
I'm sure I get these without changes in the app.
Having said that I do set departure times quite often .

I get it every drive, after about 5 mins of driving. Pain in the butt. No idea why, if someone knows how to stop it. Probably another bug..
