Hi!

My car is making some funny stuff! It pulls back the ignition! Measure block 020 says around +-3 knocks across the cylinders! Both at Revo B7/T4, B6/T4 also happened when I lowered the boost to B3/T4!

Have a new HKS Reloaded filter waiting to get mountet, as I think my 20-25.000 km bmc-cda sp12 is clogged up!...(havent been cleaned yet)

What could be wrong? (Apart from everything! LOL)

I would expect it to stop piulling the ignition back when I lowered the boost, but it just keept on going!

Btw. when switching to stock, the ignition advances!

LCR 210, BMC-CDA SP12, Forge 007p, spec stage 2 clutch and flywheel.

No, vagcom does not show any errors at all! I was able to advance timing to B6T6 and it still makes the same figures! They are still +-3 across the range with some odd 5.3 in between.

Btw. Had the HKS reloaded mountet with heat-isolation around it, did not make a difference.
The positive is though that my lambda numbers are around 0.850-0.820 under full boost where they was around 0.950-1.000 with the previous map!

There are loads of reasons it could be doing this; when did it last have plugs, what condition are they in? It doesn't seem excessive enough to be a completely b*ggered MAF but I wouldn't rule it out. Is there a vacuum leak somewhere? Is the fuel filter in need of replacing? Weak fuel pump or problematic fuel pressure reg?

Hi Kev!

It had new plugs about 4000 km ago. Previous looked like this (bad map!).

Have to working MAFs I have tried to switch between, same figures.

About the leak, I'm suspecting it myself, but first I will get the TIP upgrade.
Havent thought about the fuelfilter, fpr or fuelpump.

Either way, the car drives "fine", no cutouts etc.
But I dont think it makes the correct power output!
