Maybe that oil leak is nothing to worry about right now, do you know that if you crank any VAG engine over for a long time without it starting, it will start issuing low oil pressure warnings? The reason for that will be, the output or state of the oil pressure warning switch must be ignored when the engine is not running, so as soon as you start to try to turn it over, it will only blank the state of the oil pressure warning switch for xy seconds as it assumes that is long enough time for the engine to start and build up oil pressure, in your case, as the engine is not starting, these warnings are being given out after xy seconds - I can't say what value xy is though!

Nothing happens on the dash just that oil light, jist asif you were starting it normally but it doesnt fire up, its been remapped which seems to have just created more problems than anything else (obd map not the best) but the egr is deleted and isnt mapped out properly so my eml is on, ive read that if the car thinks the egr is stuck open that can cause issues too, am hoping to find someone with vagcom to have a look payday so hopefully that will find the problem

Not close, first check the rev counter moves when attempting to start, this would indicate if there is a crankshaft sensor issue. Do you have VCDS?
