Car came with trailer hitch preparation, does it still need coding? (2019 5F Leon)

Hey guys, tried looking it up, but cant find any info on what 'trailer hitch preparation' does and doesnt include.

Last weekend I installed an aftermarket trailer hitch with a model-specific wiring harness. The wiring was pretty plug&play and everything works fine. When I plug in a trailer harness, all the lights on the trailer are working and the rear PDC sensors on the car are shut off, as they should. Also, OBD reading gave no errors. Is it safe to assume the car does not need further coding for towing a trailer?

Trailer preparation is just a wiring harness I believe - so to get full functionality - like trailer stability - it would need coding.

Need to code. Read out the car sometimes there is also a Module for the Rowing hook on the wheel arche
