got this code on my car anyone had this before and was it just a one off or more to it?

To me, it sounds like a timing issue. However, I'm no expert.

Is the light coming on?

no light no looks likke a missfire or something was intermittant but will keep an eye on it

got a mate with this fault code and a nocking noise from the head,

did you find out what it was?
