Camberley SEAT gone down hill.

I have been using Camberley for the last four years as, (from the comments on here at least) they seem to be highly rated, but today they let me down again for the third time in a row.

3rd service they failed to notice the cooling fan slow speed was knackered, just before the warrantee expired.

4th service they left some sort of leaver\tool behind which damaged the scuttle panel, (I didn't spot this for 300 miles so lucky there wasn't more damage.

5th service, (today), car has been returned with damage to both sides of the splitter (not expensive to replace I know, but not the point).

Any one or even two of these I could put down to "oh well, every ones human, these things happen" but even though fairly minor in there own right surly I shouldn't have issues 3 times out of 4 services from a main dealer service centre that used to get such praise.

Rant over.

I live a few mins from there, although I take my LC TDI for a service at SMC Datchett. Camberley Seat have quite a bad reputation on the web and my mate had quite a few probs with them when he had his Ibiza Cupra. They did a repair and busted his front bumper. Lucky he was a Seat body fitter so could repair it but not the point. They also quoted me over £500 for a cambelt and waterpump change which I thought was a bit steep. The parts guy, I found, seemed like he didn't really know what parts were what and the guys on the service desk love themselves way too much!

Just my opinion.
