Cambelt change in Plymouth/Cornwall

Our Leon Cupra is shortly due for its second cambelt change.
Can anyone recommend a good garage in Plymouth or Cornwall to do it for me? Any idea on price. I strongly dislike the Seat dealership in Plymouth so thats not an option! Also what else ahould I insist is done at the same time? Water pump and tensioner? The Leon has 117k on the clock currently with full SEAT service history.
