Caller can't hear me during calls

Hey Tribe, has anyone else been facing issues with phone calls on their Formentor where the callers are not able to hear?

Seems to be happening randomly and has happened with wired Android Auto on and off. Even when calling through the car's phone system, the callers can sometimes hear me and randomly on the next call they cannot. Tried different phones too and still the same issue. Last night calls were working fine and this morning back to callers not being able to hear me. Running out of ideas now.

I'm on the 1898 software patch, which is the latest one available in Australia.

Hi,
It looks like a wiring / short cut issue.
Do you have any VCDS scan?
Fault codes may help to know what's going on...

Unfortunately, I am not equipped to VCDS....so I'll probably have to go to the service center, what...? But with these problems that appear only sometimes or by chance it is difficult in the service center, they often say that everything is fine... because at that moment it's OK...

That's where you want your scanning tool so you can freeze the screen. Reckon obdeleven would render that code. As said above feels like a loose contact.
