The splitter will become scratched within 200 miles, I'd put money on it. As for the grills I'd prefer them black but would like to see pics if anyone has done it :)

A scuffed plastic splitter looks a lot less tatty than a scratched and cracked painted one.

There are far too many Corsas, Calibras, Saxos, etc... on the road with them as it is. :)

Yeah just leave it mate, I remember the first time I scuffed my splitter, I thought damn, i'll have to buy a new one, then I done it again and thought it's lucky I didn't buy a new one before. Now I just accept the splitter gets more fooked up pretty much daily. One of the worst was a multi storey car park, I got to the top with only very slight scuffing, coming down was a different story, crawling at 0.1mph whilst gritting my teeth on every slope. Simply not worth the effort in painting it IMHO.

hit mine on first unlevel bit of road i came across.

VERY glad i didnt colour code it.

However, not sure if it helps, but Hayz on here has a mk3 ibiza (green) that she's fitted an LCR splitter to. She's colour-coded hers.
