buzzing from black cylinder

hi i have this black cylinder thing under the slam panel above my radiator with hoses coming from it into the engine and radiator it makes a buzzing noise anyone know what this is and if it should buzz iv only had the car since sat and dont know much about it it has a revo stage 1 remap dynatwist air filter some other little green filter goin under the engine somewhere a forge 007p dv thats all i know im just a bit confussed about this black cylinder

Its the secondary water pump mate, it runs for abit after you have turn your engine off to run coolant through your turno to cool it down.

i feel like santa! i felt i had a couple of mins to help our new fellow seat owner lol


as for the buzzing its fine it just working you can hear it sat in your car with the engine off aswel its just how they are mate.
when you cant hear any buzzing your have a problem but for now its fine
