ok so as the title suggests the bulb warning light has popped up on my dash
ive checked all the bulbs and everything seems in order
brakes (inc top of rear window)
Rear lights
indicators (front, back, sides)
dipped heads
full beams
the other front light (running rights?)
fogs (including testing them as cornering lights
interior lights and boot light.

am i missing one?

any way of finding out which light the bulb is referring to?

Thanks all

not led bulbs i dont think, how can i check?

good call on the number plate light, but just checked it and its fine.

bit more on the light, it doesn't come on straight away and if i turn off the engine and start it again it goes away for about 5 to 10 minutes.

does it check all internal bulbs?

I don't think the internal lights are on CANBUS. Perhaps it's a bulb with a dodgy filament that's working intermittently? By the way, there are FOUR front sidelight bulbs on pre-facelift Ibizas, so make sure all four are lit up (the really white ones in the photo below are LED ones, that's how you can tell but LEDs aren't a factory fit item)

Also, I am sure you checked them but just in case I didn't see reverse mentioned in your list of lights, there are two on the 5 door and one on the 3 door.

PS: When you work out which bulb has blown there is a complete list of them here in the forums at http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=280222

i did check reverse lights but just rechecked them as i couldnt remember if there was one or two. two are lit.

HOWEVER i didnt spot that there were 2 bulbs per light and the passenger side lap has only one lit so massive thankyou to ckyliu for helping on this one.

Next got to figure out how to change it. any pointers?
