BTCC is back, Plato made a muscle move on Neal, whos ended up losing out several places, after the first few laps, Plato's move didn't really gain him much though as he was passed too. Vauxhalls looking strong at the moment.

But Thommo is romping off with this one

Shedden had to pit, because of a flappy bumper, orange and black flag waved, so Plato moves upto 4th, aiming for the 2 quick VXRs of Giovanardi and Chilton, Thommo 2.5 secs ahead of them.

Chilton has problems and drops back, Plato moves on Giovarnardi who makes a mistake runs wide, Plato 2nd.

SEAT 1-2 on the cards

Team orders may come into effect now, and Thommo will olet Plato take the lead, for drivers championship points.

Superb result, 1-2 SEAT win Race 1, Thommo moves over to let Plato take the win.

Plato, struggled in that race for straightline speed, weight no doubt taking its toll, but still a great chassis, great thru the bends, but couldn't hold off Matt Neal to the end of the race.

Still, very useful points, bring on Race 3
