Hi guys/girls

Ok, the Leon has lost its drivers side wing mirror! basically someone hit it when it was parked! Both the upper and lower covers are cracked and the actual part is loose (where it is connected to the car)

How do i take the wing mirror off and also how much will it cost for everything!?

OK, i've recently has this done because someone ripped my passenger door mirror off when the car was left overnight in (hoho) secure parking.

The breakdown of costs where are follows

- Remove NS door trim, and new mirror housing and cover £29.50
- Paint Cap in colour £20.00
- Housing £43.91
- Cap £9.10
- Glass £28.62

This does not include VAT.

Hope this helps.

Ahhh thats extremly useful! many thanks!

I only just had a look at the damage today, looks like i gotta change most of it! very annoying!

I may do it myslef to save a few pence!

Cheers Flems

Does anyone have a guide on how to replace the wing mirror unit? I can't see one in the guides section

Cheers

hi guys, a quick question..... my mirror unit appears to have come a little wobbly! To tighten it to the door do I need to remove the door card? I presume I need to but don't like the look of doing that..... just took and changed a wing and had enough now!
