Broken passenger side wing mirror!!

Went out too my car today and realised some had took my wing mirror clean off, slightly off too say the least!!!
was wondering about parts and prices for glass and cover (think thats all i need)
ive added a few pics of the stump im left with

Looks like its been stolen :S?

My mate had both of his golf gti ones stolen like that. Covers and glass.

The glass is more expensive than the cover. Cover will need painting as it comes in primer.

Did they rip the connectors off of the wires to the glass? If they are still intact then you know it was taken off rather than hit.

Mate, sorry to hear that....I broke the glass in my passenger side one recently and it cost 40 euro to replace...that's electric/heated etc. I don't know how much the cover will cost.

yeah connecters and that are still intact, foned my local stealer for prices case is around 10 pound and glass is 30+ and painting another 15-20 pound

No need to get a pro job on the painting as its such a small item (its not directly alongside other paintwork to compare to), I would do it myself if I were you. It should come up sweet with a can of spray and lacqure. Just take it slow, thin even coats.
