Broken gearbox selector housing

Hi

First time posting here !

Have an old Leon 1M 20VT which is a great drive but was off the road for a bit. When trying to free up a stuck relay lever (1j0711203F) which was causing selecting gears to be virtually impossible, the selector housing has become damaged and has snapped shown by red line in attachment ( 02M301231B I think). Trying to find a replacement and also work out how much effort would be needed to swap this - would our best bet be scrap gearboxes if we could find one ?

Gearbox code is ERR

If he can't help then best option would be a gearbox from a local breakers. Shouldn't be too hard to find as the same gearboxes were used across the entire VAG range Audi/VW/skoda/seat
