Breakdisc upgrade fitted, how much?

Hi everyone,

well, the misses and various other people are asking me what i want for xmas.

Sooooooooooooo, i was thinking a few mods for the car to get it ready for a stage 1 revo in the new year (dont think the misses would stretch to £500 for a remap )

Would it be worth getting my exhaust upgraded, if so how much would i be looking at for a good one fitted?

Also i think the upgraded TT discs could be a good idea if im getting a remap, how much would that be fitted?

Dont want to do any of this myself as id rather a professional do it

Anything else worth doing?

this is on a 1.8T for anyone else who hasnt checked his avatar. The 312mm brakes would be a great mod from what I hear I believe they would be the best part of £400 fitted. Always worth a good exhaust like milltek but then you are talking a fair bit of money. However the car would be very quick after a remap, zorst and would stop with the 312mm brakes.

Should also consider a FMIC, costs a fair wack (about 700 fitted I would imagine) but then you are talking pretty much on stage 2 remap. Lots of power

yer im thinking new zorst, break upgrade and remap would be a nice little combo.

If im honest after that id be more than happy with the power.

Didnt realise the break upgrade was that much tho :/

Maybe ill just ask for the doe for xmas and put the rest in myself

think the bits where £300 so you have fitting on top and I cant remember if that came with pads or not so probably aroun the 350 mark I would say mate. Trust me I know about needing money mate, my mod list, insurance and car buying has left me poor but with the need for POWER and mods lol.

Its a drug I tell u this car modding thing and I seem to spend all my wages feeding my addiciton lol. Where is the SCN support group number again?

Hahaha yer i know mate, problem is just as ive had a revo trial and thought yeh man ill have some of that, ive been made redundant (haha yeh nice one, just before xmas!)

Oh well, as long as ive got it all done for next summer :0)

I said that about my 1.2 will take ages 2 mod. Had most of it done like 6months after.

I actually have a list of mods on the p.c, but I keep doing ones that aren't on the list!

you should see my spreadsheet planning it is immense, I can tell you to the penny what I have spent modding my 1.2 and what I will spend modding my 1.9. its more of a WOW it cud be that good list lol

I don't not how much I have spent too scary, but each mod is thoughly researched to get it as cheap as poss, got to spend money on a service this month though how boring!
