If it is anything like the previous times, they will be handed out on the gate!

Fantastic service it certainly is though, don't take it the wrong way.

I love you.

Can I get a ticket when they are released?

Yeah - normally MSV print them the week preceeding the event, so it's much easier for me to stand cold outside stopping the traffic :D

But when you get 70 cars right across south bank it does look good :D

Ordering the race tickets now and definitely up for the South Bank parking as and when.

for Admins/Tris Re the recent thread about getting an SCN Gazebo type thing;gathering dust in the loft I have a large version that needs a few willing hands to erect it (ie more of a grunt up than a pop up) but it provides good sun/rain protection for quite a few peeps chairs, BBQ etc and can have banners flags etc attached with a little ingenuity. I'm happy to bring it along or even donate it for the longer term, and we can create a real base camp for raceday.

Let me know if you think thats a worthwhile plan. If not I won't be offended.

Sorry guys but after posting I went up to the loft to find this thing. No sign!!??? Mrs Brief then confesses that she had donated the large one I was thinking of to one of her friends at the start of the summer:shrug:

I still have a standard size pop-up version which I will bring along but sadly not able to donate or flog that one as we use it a lot.

A quick whip round and a shrewd purchase at Homebase or B & Q in the end of summer sales would sort out an official SCN gazebo for £50-70. I agree with the suggestion that it's worth doing as suitably bedecked in the banners stickers etc it would raise our profile at various meets and events.

not on topic..... but Z & myself have been discussing buying a proper EZ-up shelter, branded etc

bit more than £70, but the funds should be available.
