Brand new formentor v2

Hi all.
New to the site. Nice to meet you all.
Next week I pick up a brand new v2 formentor dsg. not the new shape. I came across this site and now a bit worried that some people have had issues with the car, like infotainment system etc.

Would anyone know if mine is a 2024 plate would it have the recent updates. Hope someone can put my mind at ease, as I have been wanting this car from February and now finally I can afford it.

I'm a newbie here
I've got a 21 plate Formentor with 24500 miles , I've had a few issues with mine, key fob battery only last 3-4 Months , information system needed software updates 4 time which only could be done by the dealer , now i have an engine management light on, which turns out to be for fault code P0805 clutch position sensor, which when speaking to an DSG expert means its a fault with mechatronic unit and the cost to repair £1800+vat and to replace £3000- £3500+vat ouch! so i don't think I'll be getting another one any time soon
