Brake pads and discs

I've done several searches, but not found the specific information that I'm after - apologies if I've somehow missed it.

I need to change the pads and discs on my 2000 1.4 Ibiza. I've got the pads okay, ATE ones from Euro Car Parts, but I'm having a bit more trouble with the discs. It seems they come in 3 sizes, 239mm, 256mm and 280mm.

I'm pretty certain it's not the 280mm ones that I need, but can anyone tell me which ones it is for certain?

The 280mm ones are Cupra ones, with it being the 1.4 they should be the 239mm, the 1.6 and upwards have the 256mm ones
