ok i know the obvious answer to this question but roughly what is a safe mileage to do with the brake pad warning light on? my car needs to go into seat to get my locking looked at then i need to take it to the garage where i got it from to kick up a bit of a fuss as the brakes were supossed to be done before i bought it

this will be about 40miles all in, is that do able? the light has just came on btw

nah pads and discs are gone, both were supposed to be changed by arnold clark before i picked the car up but its now apparent that only the discs were changed AND it took them two weeks to do that
