after giving it some today(TCS OFF) the glowplug light started to flash. thought it was just one brake light failure but none of them are working, not even the leds.
(bare with me now)
this happened some time ago, and i took out all the fuses on the side of the dash and stuck them back in. this didnt help . however soon after the wheels span up(after giving it some) followed by TCS flash and then the glowplug light stopped flashing. sure enough the lights started to work again.

i know everyone will say brake light sensor but im sure its not as what happened above.
are there any brake light fuses in the engine bay?

failing this it will be a garage job :(

Also check that both the brake light do work, the center one doesn't effect the glow plug light.
On mine both brake light bulbs had popped but the center one worked, glow plug light flashed until two new bulbs were fitted.

Im having this same problem, although it is actually just both rear brake bulbs blown it seems a little odd why both have blown at once. Will change them and see what happens.

I just managed to change the bulbs and hey presto the light stopped flashing. Although I must admit I had many problems putting in one of the bulbs on one side. Even though the bulb was the correct size, it wouldnt push into the slot so that I could lock it in. Has anyone else experienced this whilst changing the bulbs for the rear brake lights ?
