Had mine done last week, and the radiator under warranty. Doesn't seem to have made any difference to my aircon!!

Left me with an engine fault light a week later and a new coolant temperature sensor as well (free). I missed a mate's wedding cos of it as well!

Stupid dealers, impossible for them to do anything right. I suspect the radiator was their **** up!

I've noticed the air-con is definitely blowing cooler since I had my new fans on Friday.

I think it's linked. There's a few threads about this now (assuming you had the same problem as the rest of us). The radiator fans have two speeds, slow for air-con, fast for cooling the rad (hey, I sound like an expert now - just passing on what I was told). The fuse for the slow speed is known to blow, resulting in needing new fans.

If your fans needed replacing, it might have been due to this. Even if this wasn't the problem, new fans should help improve the air-con performance.
