Bora cd changer standard position

this is'nt a seat question but i'm sure someone here will know.

Where is the standard position for a 6 disc cd changer in the vw bora??????

and I'm sure VW will already have the lead in from the head unit, any suggestions where:help:

Thanks for your advise Orangesprout about the changer.

Don't want to get anyones backs up, I am actually a leon cupra driver and its my brother who has the bora "TDI".

As this forum was entitled "TDI" I thought it was the correct place to put it later I spotted the VAG forum lower down the list and added the same thread there.

I thought the idea of forums like this was to help fellow forum members with questions about cars, didn't realise it was just so owner could blow their own trumpets about the cars they own.

I personally thought it was a bit a£$%y how you Jason jumped on my back straight away and then you Muddyboots joining the band wagon.

Also a final point, if indeed this is a SEAT TDI only section of the forum, why oh why are you getting involved Jason didn't realise Skoda VRs' came under this catagory.

i'll get off my soap box now and once again thank Orangesprout for your help.

The manual for my bora says it is fitted in the boot behind the panel on the left. Although mine has the 6 disc in dash one above the radio. don't know if the cable is already there though.
